THE CHEF
Class of 1990, Mattia Borroni was born in Milan and discovered his aptitude for cooking at the age of 11, as a game. He confirmed his passion by subsequently enrolling at the Carlo Porta Institute in Milan.
He landed at Alexander at the age of 19 and immediately showed strong skills, independence, responsibility and creativity…
